ROASTING WORKSHOPS in OCTOBER & NOVEMBER!
While our brand new roastery continues to take shape, we’re throwing a handful of roasting workshops over the coming weeks to meet our Chicago coffee community & share a little of our coffee knowledge.
We’ll start with a thorough run down on what it looks like to profile coffee on a traditional drum roaster, get some hand’s-on roasting time, and finish with a post-roast cupping to break down roast & flavor together. Learn from +10 years of roasting experience and take your very own roast home.
