Intro to Cupping - September 8th

Join us at Crop to Cup Chicago for a 2-hour, introduction to coffee tasting (cupping). We will taste and explore 6 different coffees, paying close attention to aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste. Learn how to grade and discuss coffee qualities like a professional coffee cupper.

This is intended to compliment the roasting 101 class held the previous day, September 7th, but can also be attended as a stand alone class.
