Roasting Evaluation and Adjustments - September 8th
Instructors: Trevor Jermasek & Sarah Cline Parker
This class is intended to pair with the previous day's coffee 101 class. In the Sunday afternoon session, we will re-convene at Crop to Cup Chicago to taste and evaluate Saturday's efforts. We will cup the roasts and provide actionable feedback. Then you can jump back on the Arc 800 and try out another roast utilizing the advice.
Of course, anything you roast you will get to take home to brew and share!
